3. REFUND AGREEMENT
This Refund Agreement governs eligible refund or return requests for purchases on thecashewdaddybrand.com.
3.1 Parties
- Buyer: You, the purchaser of goods from The Cashew Daddy Brand.
- Seller: The Cashew Daddy Brand (“we” or “us”), operator of the Website.
3.2 Scope of Agreement
Applies only to orders eligible for cancellation, returns due to defects, or incorrect items, as defined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
3.3 Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed after seller receives returned goods and confirms eligibility.
- Refund amount equals purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless error on our part), processed back to original payment method.
- Store credit may be provided instead of cash refund at our discretion.
3.4 Return Shipping
Buyer bears the cost and responsibility for return shipping unless return is due to our error. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
3.5 Inspection & Verification
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods do not meet eligibility criteria (e.g. opened, damaged, past the return window).
3.6 Exceptions
No refunds if:
- Order was canceled after the 7-day window.
- Items show signs of use or tampering.
- Buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence of defect or error.
3.7 Timeframe
Buyer must initiate refund request within 7 days of delivery for general returns, or within 24 hours for damaged/incorrect items.
3.8 Final Agreement
By placing an order and requesting a refund, Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms. Refunds issued under this Agreement settle all claims related to the qualified transaction.
